Thank you for your interest and for simplification purposes I have developed a list for my requirements for creation of videos for anyone needing my services.

Video Expectations

• I will make a video that will be at least 1 minute and have some editing to improve flow of video – at my discretion.

  • My average is over 2 minutes and I usually make them up to 5 minutes long or longer depending on FRP of product - all at my (Ken Periman) discretion.

• I require that the product be provided for the video and will not be returned (unless agreed upon prior to accepting of the work by me)

  • This product will not be in trade of the video but will be for the purposes of making the video.

• Guidelines for the video can be provided and considered in making of the video but final decision will be me (Ken Periman).

• Video will not be provided before posting for review purposes and updates.

• Video will not be changed or modified unless a clear error has been made by me.

• Fee for the video (listed below) is for the creation of the video and will not constitute a release of ownership of the video to anyone – I will maintain ownership of the video (unless negotiated prior to accepting of the work by me and must be documented in some form like an email)

  • Expected completion of video is 14 days after receipt of product being reviewed.

  • Product will be considered delivered when posted to social media location agreed upon (default expectation of location is my (Ken Periman) Amazon Influencer Storefront)

  • Additional fee for transfer of ownership of video rights listed below.

PRICE OF VIDEO

• Price for a video creation that is at least 1 minute long (usually longer at my discretion) and is with some editing to improve flow is $20*. 

  • *This subject to change at any time with written notice from me.

• Any added further edits, addition of music (unless at my discretion), or additional requests will increase the price of the video*.

  • *seller/agent will need to discuss with me all details first, prior to start of work and price agreed upon prior to work being performed.

• Any additional photos requested with video will be $5 per photo with no editing.

• For transfer of rights to the video and release me from ownership will cost $200.

• This is due to the loss in revenue from posting to my Amazon Influencer Storefront and earning commission on the video.

• Payment is expected 10 days after post is approved by the social media company verification check and notification has been made by me to seller/agent.

Copyright

• All videos created by me (Ken Periman) will be owned by me and will not be released to anyone without prior agreement. The agreement will be documented and both parties agree in writing that the transfer of video ownership is agreed upon and is usually including a fee paid to me (Ken Periman) for the release of ownership.

• If any videos are found to be used without my release of ownership or my consent, they will be requested to be taken down immediately (within 10 days of notification)
